Individual Counseling
Dr. Griffin helps children, adolescents, and adults live healthier, more fulfilling lives through an interpersonal, multicultural, and strengths-based approach. She draws from CBT, person-centered, and feminist practices—and uses play therapy with children to meet clients where they are and support their goals.

Consulting
Dr. Griffin offers in-person and virtual services through NS Walker Global, her consulting firm that specializes in mental health and behavioral health strategy. She brings her experience in policy, academia, and counseling to advise government agencies, universities, and organizations on how to enhance their policies and practices.

Speaking Engagements
Dr. Griffin is excited to serve as a guest speaker, lecturer, or panelist on various subjects, including mental health, policy, professional and personal development, building safe communities, and effective leadership skills. She is readily available for interviews and podcasts.
